STEP 1 (REGISTRATION PROCESS)
- Buyers Log unto https://coa.bennisauctions.com/
- Click on LOGIN/REGISTER in the Homepage
- Input your First and Last Name, email address, Phone number and address
- Select “I am Customer”
- Click on REGISTER. (Bidder will be automatically registered and redirected to their dashboard)
STEP 2 (SIGN IN PROCESS)
- Click on My Account on the Menu
- Input your Username and Password
- Select the Option (Keep me logged in)
- Click on SIGN IN
STEP 3(VIEWING PROCESS)
- Upon successful SIGN IN, you will be automatically taken to your account/dashboard, Click on the MENU BUTTON,
- Select AUCTIONS.
- From the drop-down, click on UPCOMING AUCTIONS
STEP 4 (BIDDING PROCESS)
- Click on Menu
- Select Auctions
- From the drop-down, click on LIVE AUCTIONS
- Click on your preferred Item
- Click on BID.
TERMS AND CONDITON
- Winners of the auction will receive a Winning Notification Email containing details of the items won and payment instructions.
- The highest bidder while the auction is going on does not imply you have won, you must compete till the time elapses, the last possible bid received at the point of bid closing will be selected by the system as the WINNER. Bids are captured in milliseconds.
- Once the auction duration closes, the portal will be locked to the public.
- Depending on the auction flow, bid increment MAY be increased to enable bidders reach the reserve price in time.
- All ASSETS on CoA Auctions are sold on an “AS IS” basis, and the seller will not be held liable for whatever faults you may notice thereafter. No Refunds. “As is” means that the seller is selling, and the buyer is buying an item in whatever condition it presently exists and that the buyer is accepting the item “with all faults”, whether immediately apparent or not.
